Sales & Marketing Manager
Seed Co Nigeria, a leading supplier of superior crop seeds seeks to recruit interested, capable, and experienced “SALES & MARKETING MANAGER” to be reporting to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities
- Defining, understanding and creating long term strategies for market categories and segments
- Lead in the formulation of pricing strategy
- Develop intimate knowledge of consumers attitudes and behaviors
- Initiate research on brands, consumers and market segments
- Develop and defend brand identity and positioning
- Monitor and manage the performance of the brands
- Brief advertising agency on media objectives and creative material development and production
- Coordinate project planning, appraisal and implementation
- Develop sales, distribution and channel strategy
- Implement trade marketing strategy Minimum requirements
- University degree, preferably in business, marketing, or management, but not a must (or related fields),
- Business or marketing and/or business post graduate education (MBA) preferred
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or commercial lead roles
- Experience in agricultural business is a plus
